thank you

thank you Bizi, it is heartwarming to find this thread :heartthrob: and Abbie for your echo. And Mari, thanks for the 'thanks'! ;) They did not go unnoticed! :) i hope you all are doing alright or better, in your own trials at this time.

i have been off forum because i am incredibly impulsive and it has landed me in not so good situations... sometimes others get hurt... even words in the wrong place at the wrong time can do a lot of damage. i've dished out some well-deserved zaps to some people, but have also zapped people totally inappropriately because my adrenaline shot up over stuff that i would ordinarily would accept as... ordinary.

i also had a lot of really bad migraines right up through saturday - which keep me off the computer. i am thinking/hoping this month will be better as i am used to the new dosage.

as things are, i will try to drop by in my calmer moments. Taking Wellbutrin at 150/300 on alternate days does seem to be having an effect, although i still plummeted badly during PMS days.

even my pdoc actually told me to try to be very self-aware. this impulsive/reactive stuff could be a herald to hypomania, in which case i need a med change. However, it could also be a "healthy" sense of self emerging - a bit too strongly for now, due to being a doormat for too long (years). in that case i should settle down soon.

well. hang in there guys. i think of you all every day. and i hope everyone is doing at least ok, or better.

hi

Hiya Donna and Barbara and again Beth :)

Thanks for your support, all of you. :)

:grouphug:

morning here.... still not caffeinated...

well i am just barely shy of being chemically asphyxiated at the moment after a rude awakening to do some urgent !!! paperwork (but not really urgent - just someone else's ants in pants and obsessive need to have certain things in certain places at certain times). while i do the paperwork my housemate starts in on the left over cabinet from yesterday covering up the coffee, but i managed a stealth move to abscond with it to the living room. however, we clashed over my getting back in there to put the water back in the fridge (i had moved the ladder which she had by then (15 seconds) put back! SIGH.

oh yes i am not having fun at home but things are... under control... i am aware... i can't get started or else...

i may visit again a little later to catch up a little... :o :)

right now i'm still a bit dense.

Good to see you waves, things are finally better for me and I feel stronger. I have been very lucky and not had migraines this summer, only had one like four months ago, I really feel for you with all those awful migraines. It's great to hear from you, take care and check in with us to let us know how you're doing, we definitely miss you when you're not here...:grouphug:

Waves

I can truely say I thought

"The sunshine is back, and I'm so glad its rising so brightly".

Its been gloomy healthwise for me this weekend.
