Hi all,
A simplified version of AAN's guidelines, from 45 pages to 4 page
There are 10 measures your neurologist should be looking into if you have PD.
It is comprehensive and includes a lot of things we talk about here.
I know its long, but Please read and give your suggestions to AAN. This is our opportunity to contribute to our own benefit/

thanks

Girija, just now reading this, and thankful for your expertise; your quote led to the 45-page version, which I already don't follow and thus wasn't able to respond to the AAN call for feedback in time.

It would be so helpful to me if you would PM me if necessary with directions to a copy of the 4 page version.

I was amazed at some of the things the neurologist is supposed to follow--or is this set of rules to apply to GPs and internists, too? I know of one neuro who doesn't want to hear about anything but measurable motor symptoms.
