Default PLEASE READ: AAN's guidelines or what your doc should ask/do during yoour visit

Hi all,
A simplified version of AAN's guidelines, from 45 pages to 4 page
There are 10 measures your neurologist should be looking into if you have PD.
It is comprehensive and includes a lot of things we talk about here.
I know its long, but Please read and give your suggestions to AAN. This is our opportunity to contribute to our own benefit/

thanks
girija
