Serving communion? or dropping the basket?
 

My DH and I started going to a new church this past year. We have been asked to serve on several committees and boards, and events. The latest one is "would I like to serve communion" I guess they have a rotating base of members that do it in turns. They asked if we would please help.

:o I had to explain that I drop more than I hold and I dont think they want their bread on the floor! :eek: I had to explain that one of my favorites phrases in this house is "oh! you wanted yours on the floor, yes?" :o That would have been so nice to have served, but again, MS takes away another peg.

its bad enough that I dont shake hands with most as its cold/flu season, and now something as easy as passing out bread, turns into a "im sorry I cant help you." This disease ticks me off!

Can you imagine the lil old lady in the front row covered in bread bits as I say ..."you wanted yours on the floor, yes?" too funny!
