Has any one tried Rebuilder the socks ?

Someone on amazon is selling rebuilder socks equivelants pretty cheap , so I've been considering trying them to see if it makes any difference .

I notice the price of Rebuilders socks have come down too , but still lot more than id want to spend.

Heres the link though its only had 1 review.

Im not in the US but have www.myus.com account I will probably get them through as its cheaper.

Has any one else tried these , or other "aftermarket " alternatives ?

cheers , hope your all well

I believe the "socks" from rebuilder were conductive and had wires throughout them... $600.00+ per pair.

These don't look the same IMO.

Not believable IMO

The unit that the socks hook up to is :

Sonic Technology's ElectroMassage System Electro Massage
Electronic Muscle Massager & Personal Toning, Fitness System

For only $169.00
plus the cost of the socks $27.95

So, around $200.00 +/-

When things like this... Rebuilder and special "socks" come out...if they worked you'd see a stampede to get them.

That has not happened, even with Ebay sales.

If it is too good to be true, beware!

Thats true , though my issues so overlapping sometimes and " odd " i suppose
think theres always that ? factor.

For example I just took some inderal yesterday for the first time , and its really triggered my pn pretty bad , ive had to even resort to my edgar cayce remedyand been pissin and drinking literally non-stop ( without just about all my pn pills ) like a trooper to try to get it too life.

Have you heard of anyone else having these issues with bbs , or is it quite common ?

Its really causing the me to hear that deep grumbly mumur you get when your pns bad , like some motor trying to start :( sigh

Isn't a rebuilder just a TENS unit marketed toward PN patients?

robpp 07-14-2011 07:16 PM

the rebuilder is some super expensive device.

a tens machine isnt that expensive. maybe 150. i have a tens machine from years ago working with my back. I have tried to put it on my feet but reall had no idea where to use the pads.

so this sock to use with my existing tens may be interesting........

ReBuilder is a different frequency and wave form

The ReBuilder differs from ordinary TENS. If TENS units are applied in PN, they can cause other problems. PN is already a nerve "blockade" of sorts, and in the clinic, TENS may exacerbate PN.
