snapping scap

Has anyone managed to get there shoulder blades to stop making the cracking/grating sounds?

not yet completely. there are times it slows, but i have been trying to pay attention to diet which i think plays a big part. certain foods cause inflammation in the body and some help limit inflammation. i am still learning what causes problems and what helps. sugar and dairy products causes problems

If you're finding that the inflammation factor of foods is affecting your body, you should search this forum for "gin raisins" for another idea.
