Hi all,

I'm female, 66, living in Pacific Northwest. I have problems with anxiety and depression... which, of course, lead to insomnia. I'm really learning a lot here.. for myself, and also for soooooooo many of those I know with the same struggles, and also fibromyalgia, ms, etc. Thanks for being here ;)

Hello!

Welcome!

You've come to the perfect place for support and understanding. So many of us battle depression/anxiety due to chronic pain....it seems like a never ending circle sometimes!
It's good to talk to others who understand tho and that's what I love so much about this place. NT has so much to offer.

Here's a link to take you to the Depression forum:

We also have one specific to Anxiety.

My heart goes out to you and I'm so glad you're here!

Caring,
Rae
