Hi all,

I'm female, 66, living in Pacific Northwest. I have problems with anxiety and depression... which, of course, lead to insomnia. I'm really learning a lot here.. for myself, and also for soooooooo many of those I know with the same struggles, and also fibromyalgia, ms, etc. Thanks for being here

Smile Hello!

Welcome!

You've come to the perfect place for support and understanding. So many of us battle depression/anxiety due to chronic pain....it seems like a never ending circle sometimes!
It's good to talk to others who understand tho and that's what I love so much about this place. NT has so much to offer.

Here's a link to take you to the Depression forum:

http://neurotalk.psychcentral.com/fo...aysprune=&f=37

We also have one specific to Anxiety.

My heart goes out to you and I'm so glad you're here!

Caring,
Rae
