jsut wanted to get the right visual going ....:D

it seems that I can only eat 2 meals...I get so hungry by the evening meal that I eat a lot...but am still sticking to my calories. I need the extra amount so I can have a big dinner.
seems to be working.

Bizi - way to go! 3 lbs. down. That is great news, thanks for sharing it with everyone. Are you excercising as well? My dream is to get my neuropathy in order with the correct surgery and then someday join a "Curves".

Checking in -- did my 2 mile walk DVD but had french fries at lunch. How do I get motivated to stick to eating healthy? I eat healthy except when hubby is around but I don't want to get rid of him! I have to do this - I control what I eat - but have no energy to be motivated! Any suggestions?
