We're getting a stimulus check!
 

Holy cow! We got our packet today and it said those with SS disability and Veteran's pay get a check! Whoohoo!!!! It was so easy to file, just follow the example 1040a, fill in a few lines and done! I even called the IRS to clarify that we do indeed get a check. :D

Anyone with SS and/or disability, VA disability, certain railroad retirement benefits, certain veterans benefits and non taxable combat pay $3000 or higher, get going and get your refund check too! You should be receiving your packet in the mail. :D

The best part? These stimulus checks are non taxable! :Excited:

I'm so happy to hear that news Sandy!! You two are cracking me up with the steak and good wine! DD was just asking why I don't cook steak anymore....I said because it costs $50 bucks right now to buy them! :eek: She said so what do we eat then? I said Chicken and Mcdonalds...LOL!!!

The IRS confirmed that we will get one but they wouldn't confirm if it's $300 or $600. lol

Yeah, she told me to file jointly which would mean $600 but she said the key word we "should" get $600 lol

Snoopy, I hope you get one. According to the IRS, anyone who had taxable and certain non-taxable income over $3000 qualifies.
