Im Starting Dr.sherrys Program Next Week What To Expect?!!
 

im starting dr. sherrys RND program next week i was wondering what to expect like i no the general idea .. the pt/ot therapy but what kinds or things will i be doing . also how long did it take for you they say 3 weeks but i have it in my abdomen so i was thinking that might take longer .. thanks

actually most with stomach and back and abdomen area do 2weeks maybe 3 but i would bet more towards 2weeks. You will be doing the animal walks, the run, leg step ups, arm step ups, the run, basically those are the basics that all do than after getting them out of the way in the morning you go onto more of what they decide depending on where ur affected area is. Basically you will see when u get there. Your first day there you undergo PT and OT eval which will be the basis of your timed workouts, u will undergo the eval again your last day.
Basically what to expect is anything physical therapy can throw at you. I will worn you but hope u don't have to deal with the saker. Anyway good luck and as i said awhile back when you get there don't give up and keep at it.

I am starting a program on the 7th July, over here in England - the program lasts 3 weeks (possibly longer) but it is different for everyone. Mine lasts slightly longer than some of the others has I also suffer from Dystonia, Athritis and Hypermobility Syndrome.
