Default Im Starting Dr.sherrys Program Next Week What To Expect?!!

im starting dr. sherrys RND program next week i was wondering what to expect like i no the general idea .. the pt/ot therapy but what kinds or things will i be doing . also how long did it take for you they say 3 weeks but i have it in my abdomen so i was thinking that might take longer .. thanks

anything you can tell me about this will help ..<3
