Missing a special, very precious part of my life...

I need some support right now... to help me deal with the churning in my gut... and to help me deal with the anger.

Anger is something that overtakes me when I feel frustration from the fact that I cannot change someone/something else. All I can change is me.

When it comes to how things are run in our society, I am usually kind and understanding... And I'm very forgiving in the fact that I realize some people just don't know what they are doing.... and for that, I forgive them as "they know not what they do"....

I'm not proud of myself right now... I'm not forgiving at all.

I don't like the anger and the feelings of frustration that I'm feeling ... :(

xoxox to you all :grouphug:

Addy

I am truly sorry for the pain you are feeling.... If there is anything
at all I can do, please let me know:hug:

For what it is worth... anger is an emotion I try never to hang on to.
It is a hard thing to do I know. But, for me.. I find it poisons my soul.
You have a truly wonderful soul... you are giving...loving and support
everyone here.

We all have times when we can't help how we feel...
I hope you do not spend too much time "beating" yourself up for
not being very forgiving right now" Forgiveness comes with time
and healing... I wish that for you Addy

Dear Addy

Anger can be good or bad, without the ability to be angry we as humans would be overly tolerant of those that mean us harm and wrong us constantly.

Anger can be a defense mechanism, to prevent stronger characters from dumping on us [ we fight back metaphorically]

When those around us make us angry we must determine the motivation behind their act.

1. if its their ignorance or stupidity= ignore it and save your energy [its wasted on them]
2. If its deliberately done to hurt you or upset = question if its a friend ? if they deserve your friendship [some folk say they are friends but they truly are not]
3. if you cannot control the situation that brings you anger, = move on .
4. realise inner anger comes from our desire to be in total control= impossible to happen all of the time. deal with what you can control and compromise with what you share control over [ problem 1/2 shared/solved theory.
5. understand Anger is a sign that you need to reflect on your surroundings. if people or places evoke this emotion then do you need to repeat the painful process, you can change a job, move on to new friends/relationships, even become a politician if its society that annoys you. Don't let Anger rule your life its the aspects of your life that trigger the anger, understand the triggers and you can contol the Anger.
6. Harnessed Anger=Assertiveness
7. Perpetual Anger=can lead to serious health problems and loneliness.

I sense it is others that create this Anger in you, you must decide if these people deserve your time..........i would hazzard a guess that they dont.

I hope you find a way out of this pain your in at present, i'll be sending you POSITIVE MENTAL THOUGHT'S:hug:

Addy, Last night I was talking to my Olhipie as we were preparing for bed. I was talking about the anger I still feel towards my prior husband. The frustration...is what I prefer to call it comes from the harm he caused my nieces, the pain he put my children and I through. Sometimes the anger will cause the burning tears of pain to flow...then I take a deep breath and push back the tears and look straight forward...I then thank Him above for the growth my small family has experienced because of adversity. I never thought I could thank my Father in Heaven for giving me pain so I could grow.

When I think of that painful growth, I picture a beautiful flower growing in the cool rich black soil. Then when the flower is at its peak of beauty a hand reaches down and pulls it from the ground and sets it on the hot sidewalk and then in the pain of the heat the flower is told to grow...painful growth...possible growth.

I pray that your anger will help you grow and heal...I pray that He will hold you during this great time of need.

Dear Addy,

I think we share the same anger thingy that when we are angry, we can get blind sided and just see straight...

as long as we don't act out on that anger and let it subside...I think the "vision" will then get opened slowly as we can start to turn our heads and look at all sides...

there's always two sides or more to each situation and it is easy to get sideswiped initially...

in Qing Daosim (now, this is where it is messed up, it used to be Ching Taoism but some people are so PC these days that all the Ching's have been turned into "Qings" and now I was just telling ducky the other day that now Chinese are now Qinese, LMAO....and it is no longer To Fu but Do Fu which actually is more accurate...but I didn't post this to talk about Do Fu but DAO Fu)

so, where was I???? :thud:

oh yeah...the Daoism of Lao Tsu although some have tranlated it Lau Tzse and I am not really sure which to type cause they could be talking about Myanamar which used to be Cambodia???

Did someone mentioned that Europeans used to be Indo-Anglo???
