How is the weather affecting you?

Hi,

We are having gray skies and cool days and nights.
I miss the sun!
Those clouds are affecting my mood.
I need sun. http://bestsmileys.com/sun/3.gif

I know that others are dealing with very cold temps and I wonder how you manage?

We have had cold in Texas. No too cloudy.

When we are having a cloudy week, I buy a cheap ( around $5-$7) little bunch of fresh flowers at the grocery store or WalMart. I split it up, so there are 1 or 3 stems in each little vace.

Flowers sound nice, Curious.

Stay warm, Beth.

If it is cloudy for more than one day I get depressed. The cold doesn't affect me if the sun is out except I don't want to go out.

Curious, that is a good idea about the flowers.

I like to find nice photos to make into desktop backgrounds for my computer.
sunny beaches, sunsets, waterfalls, pretty lakes or mountains scenes.
You can put them as screensavers too.
I switch mine around every so often.

Right now I have a sunset photo I took at the coast in September.

Very nice picture Jo. I need to start to learn how to use my new SLR digital camera.

Hi,
It is 60 degrees out and will warm up a little more. (these are normal temps for us this time of year).

Then the forecast calls for rain.

I had to find clothes last night to wear because almost everything I own is summer clothes for mid august heat. They would look silly at work today.

Plus the building is likely to be cold.
Often the temp in the building is in the low 60s -- someone in charge cannot figure out how to do climate control correctly for our building. HELLO?

Well the nights now are only down to the 40's and the day's are in the low 70's. The sun is always shining, which is helpful. I lived back N. East 4 1/2 yrs ago and suffered from SAD badly.

We are looking in to the big desert bloom soon................all the snow birds are arriving or have been.

I guess I am very lucky to live in the climate I do. "AZ":D

I refuse to leave the house at all. Unless I have a ride in a heated car. And I sleep under 4 blankets because it is soo cold!!!

my blood pressure is only 90/60. I was told that is very low. LOL

Bad circulation and I am cold all the freaking time
