Update... :(

Hey all....

I went to my Tdoc today.... I'm still shaking my head... my Tdoc understands what I am talking about but doesn't understand why my Pdoc didn't do anything or make any changes... heck... he didn't even update my file no notes from Tuesday...

Tdoc says I am better than I was 6 months ago... but WORSE than 3 months ago... she's afraid I am falling backwards and there is really no safety net in place....

What a day...:(

Hopefully my night will be better.... my niece(3) and nephew(5) are supposed to be here anytime now... oh ya.. they are bringing their mommy and daddy with them....:D

She's going to talk with him...

I guess I'm lucky... my Tdoc is the Director at the Mental Health Hospital Outpatient Clinic where I go...

I go back to see her next Thursday...

Hopefully I won't have all of my hair pulled out by then...

Hi, Abbie,
Is it possible to get a new pdoc?
I'm not saying necessarily that you need a new pdoc. I'm just asking if it is possible.

I thank goodness that the tdoc wants to help you.

Thinking of you, ((Abbie))

Dearest ((Abbie)),
I hope you will find the quality of care you desire and deserve.
As you know, it is so important the pdoc and tdoc are on the same page, if at all possible! I hope the conversation goes well between your tdoc and pdoc! I hope they can "pull together " for your sake! It's vitally imporatnt you have an available "safety net" whenever you may feel it may be in your best interest!

Would you please let us know if there's anything we can do to help with a "safety net" for you right now, or in the near future?

I am so glad your niece and nephew...and thier parents...are coming to visit you! They are at very interesting ages! Sounds like a potentially great time for all!?:D
Have fun and enjoy your time with them to the max, Abbie! Time flies!:winky:
Healing Hugs!

I have spoken with my Tdoc... She asked me how my appt with the Pdoc went... I told her that Pdoc was pretty short kind of like he was distanced...

She asked me if he was polite... Yes... he was just very short, like his mind was elsewhere....

As far a new Pdoc... no, there is only one at the clinic where I go and he travels around... 2 days a week where I go and 3 days somewhere else.

I trust my Tdoc to get things straightened out....

As far as a safety net.... I still don't see one...

My niece and nephew have not made it here yet.... they decided not to come down until today.... should be here around 6pm... I can't wait...
my niece growls at me like a bear... it's way to cute... my nephew is a BIG Monter Truck fan... he has many of them in Hot Wheels form... But his favorite one got lost and I can't find one to replace it... I'm still looking.

Oh well... enough rambling...

Dear Abbie,

I'm so happy to hear from you.
It sounds like the tdoc knows what she is doing AND it sounds like being a liaison between patients and the pdoc is kind of her job / role. She has probably done this lots of other times.

Have fun with your visitors.

I hope things get sorted out for you Abbie, it's not fun to be struggling and not have some form of a satefy net in place. Have fun with your company! If you need to talk we're here for you.

Hoping you have better luck finding that monster truck for the nephew.

I think for one thing its giving you something to look for.

And sending hugs to you.

Enjoy the kids and adults both.

Donna
