Sleep Finally Found ME :)

Hi Friends,

I wanted to let you to know that I have been sleeping off and on for the last 24 hrs. I FEEL so much better. Thank you for the love posted on my profile. I hope that each of you are having low pain days and nights. I am still yawning, and will probably sleep whenever my body tells me too.

Hubby is up and about, with an ankle splint, and is back to work on his jobs, today. He has his own business, and usually works alone. Hubby and son are watching over me, and made sure that I stay in bed once I was able to sleep in the bed.

It was a pain flare, and now feels at a low burn, for which I am grateful.
Thank You for being you:)

Fantastic that you were able to sleep and that the flare has lessened.
Hoping for better days!

SO glad you finally got some sleep, Dew! I understand the no sleeping issues - I can go days with little to no sleep so understand how ill it can make you feel!

I hope you continue to feel better and are able to sleep tonight too :) !

Love,
Alison

We ALL need something, to help us sleep.
The day's memories, the last memories from our traumatic injuries, and wondering,
what will come of this?
Are all enough to keep us wound up in the mind, and far from sleep.
If we "know this is coming", or maybe even not,
we should have a medication to "save us".
Right?
We have things to save us from our intractable pain? Yes?
Of course.....

So then,
I use a zanaflex pill, i think at .4mg, to get me to sleep.
I could take three.
Or, one, plus a 5mg diazapam.... that''s the one that works at least for starters,,,

Point is, NOBODY needs to suffer from lack of sleep!

I have obstructive Apnea, and use a CPap machine, (when I remember to put it on, before, dozing off....) otherwise, I awake after 1+1-1-2 hr.
Then put it on.
My brain wakes me up , telling me I don't have enough O2. So then I put the machine on, and I can add o2 using my own scale..... (or feelings/knowledge).
O2 REALLY makes me sleep!!!!!

If you have sleep problems, get a sleep test. (No small thing, this.)
Then, your doc can write for an O2concentrater, and they'll give you a couple of cylinders of O2, as well, for headache.....

Take it.
USE IT!

OR, OK, die then.....

Not a joke.

Serious stuff.

get your sleep tested, (I don't know any friends with RSD, who don't have sleep issues, and get tested, and then get a cpap or bipap machine!
W/Oxygen!
You hafto ask for the Oxygen!
They won't turn you down, if you have ins.

I now forget what I started to write about.....
so,
I'll sign off,
and,
hope that
EVERYONE HERE

REmembers

Les Paul!

Whom we lost, last week.
sadly.

The king of creating the electric guitar, effects, etc., and,
@ 94 years of age, was still an active player!
God Bless you, Les!
