Hi Everyone,
Remember me my 16 year old daughter had the ketamine infusions and was doing really well. She had her 8 week visit and Dr. Kirkpatrick feels she is in partial remission. ![]() Here's the problem. My daughter's GP insisted that she get a flu shot, which she has never had before, due to the Swine Flue epidemic here in Tampa. It was the influenza flu shot. Within 24 hours she came down with flu symptoms, this was three weeks ago, she has been sick since. Her leg is hurting again and she just feels awful. Of course the GP said that it could be a side effect from the flu shot, but I think she is having a flare. Has anyone else had a flu shot and felt this way for a long period of time? I am feeling very discouraged right now, and don't know if I should take her back to Dr. Kirkpatrick for a visit. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. thank you, Sandy |
