I have interest in so many health issues and have worked alternatively for 25+ yrs. A dear friend has dealt with RSD for probably 15some yrs I'd say. I've walked with her thru so much of her health challenge. She's moved to Portland and I miss her but we still connect via phone and email and she's doing pretty good all in all. Always working to feel better and have problems finding integrative MD's to help her. I've talked to her about grape seed ex and just the other day sent her a new email from Dr. Mercola on the benefits of grape seed ex.

I'm a FIRM believe in OPC's: pycnogenol, grape seed extract and resveratrol. I've taken the first two for over 2 decades for general immune system support and my health in general is very good....OA and hip replacement mess are my major issues.

I thought I'd bump this up from a member who is now passed here, Vicc, I did not know this person as I've just arrived here due to nerve damage and support I was looking for, but this person had so much knowledge and so much is lost with so many posts here.

So much to learn and know about helping our health issues.
