Thanks Pete I brought my self out of the depth as I really did lose it from pain no sleep and just darkness I was rude to some folks but it really was not the real me I wish I could say sorry to them as it was a another site but they made there point loud and clear to me and I deserved it!

Some told me they think I am still there as some one is writing like me and so I guess I really made a mess of things. Pete really try if you have to to find help if things get bad, family, friends or a good doc to help you learn to cope with PAIN and depression.

Understand living with pain will cause it. To any of you at the other site sorry and trust me it is not me over there,I do miss you all and I have not been there I understand what I have done! and left with that understanding I wish you would understand the pain and stress the darkness of depression I lost myself and thanks for the tuff love in away!

I will really try to come on this site more as I said it is tuff to motavate things but my other half is pushing me more to do things...Music is a good thing with meditation and focus on a sppot a place to be in put yourself there a sandy beach a mountain top whatever but find your place when you need it...
