Abbie,
Your BC ins. should be able to direct you to an "in network" doctor who handles rsd (your condition). If not, they hafto pay for whoever you/they CAN find, even if they're out of network. I'd push them hard on this..
(My pocket card for BC/BS, is for that purpose.)
