Sory I think I found this too late.. I wonder where the van is going next?
~~~~~~~~~~~~ Between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m., a van containing the newly developed Spinal Cord Stimulation Mobile Simulator System will be at the clinic, located at OGHS' South Campus. "Individuals experiencing chronic pain are encouraged to visit us Friday to find out if they are a candidate for spinal cord stimulation," said Anesthesiologist Dr. Albert Gros with the pain clinic. http://www.dailyworld.com/article/20...WS01/910290306 While SCS procedures are not new, the mobile lab, based on flight simulation technology developed by the U.S. military to train fighter pilots, is the first and only SCS clinical training system of its kind. "This innovative, mobile education unit is visiting hospitals around the country to offers health-care professionals the opportunity to train on SCS devices," said Michael Onuscheck, president of Boston Scientific Neuromodulation, which is promoting the new technology. ~~~~~~~~~~~~ S |
