Bob,
You must discuss this with Rob123 on Braintalk, who also had a "compression Fracture of C5 and Ligamentous Ruptured at C4-5" when he fell down a flight of stairs. You two should have a lot to talk about between yourself. Many of us are members of BT also and are aware of posts made on both forums in the RSD, spinal and chronic pain sections of both.
