Default RSD in the inner body (organs)

I have RSD in all 4 limbs from a car accident 3 years ago and had 2 SCS implanted 6 months ago that help me immensely with the neuropathic pain. But lately, I've been noticing a lot of RSD-like symptoms (burning, cramping, swelling) inside my belly. I can't tell if it's my stomach or intestines, but I swear I can FEEL those organs continually (which I don't think is normal), and if I take a painkiller, I don't notice those symptoms anymore. Also, my tastebuds seem to be destroyed, but return a little bit when I'm on pain medication as well. To anyone diagnosed with Full Body RSD, can you "feel" discomfort in your insides? I also noticed I'm having to work harder at breathing. My sister tells me that is from anxiety, but I don't feel anxious at all during the time period of those episodes.

Thanks!!! Vanna
