The showering thing regularly though I know it sounds like a pain, but it prevents it from happening so often!! It helped mine ALOT!! just dont do EXTREME hot/cold... Just start with cool and warm and you slowly work your way up to more when your body tells you My Dr is Dr. Joshua Prager, I have seen people post videos on him alot lately talking about RSD. I also will try to look for the link that he emailed me that has the complete set of videos
