My mom put me on adrenal vitamins over a week ago. They support sleep as well. i havent had to take my sleep medicine the past few nights which is really nice. I dont ever drink caffiene because it does no good for me, so I guess I should know if my adrenals are better when i have a cup of non-decaf tea. I noticed a difference after taking them. lets just hope it lasts!!!
