Hi Everyone,
Vasodysregulation is a huge problem for me. I was wondering if anyone else has this SX? When my systolic and diastolic are in normal range, my pulse high. When my pulse is normal my systolic and diastolic are out of range. This SX is really scary, I get light headed and dizzy at times. Hugs, Roz |

Do those things happen in short bursts or flashes or more like hrs and days?
I had some weird quick dizzy "spells" that lengthened in time lasting up to an hour or so over a week and a half. { back in spring of 05} as the spells progressed I would get a fast heart rate along with it. a couple of times it got scary. ![]() so I finally went to a naturopath and she did full blood work and full physical/neuro check- all ok. and when it was time for a second follow up- all my sx of that had vanished, so i called and told her - she surmised that it was just a very odd virus of some sort.

Hi Jo,
My reg Doc. wants be back on heart meds. I have been on them in the past since RSD came into my life. But at one time, when I was on the meds. everything bottomed out. Everything was very low, I felt like I was going to go completely out. I really was. I have a dear friend who is a RN cardio nurse who saved my life life at the time. So I am frighten to go back on. ![]() I take my blood pressure regularly. I really believe pain is just one of the SX wrong with us . Big Hugs, Roz |

Roz,
I had the same thing when my TOS started. Pulse would be high but pressure in normal and vice a versa. Was put on beta blockers but it still woould happen. One night I was woken up by racing pulse and I got up and did my TOS exercises so that I stretched maybe where compression of vein was and it normalized in less than a minute. Doc thought it was compression of vein in the TOS are or something called the Vagus nerve. Circulatory system is a closed system so pressure anywhere in the the system will affect it. Freaked me out though so I understand. Has not happened since my surgery though. Hope it gets better |
