I guess I need to remember my limitations. I have two lovely children, one 7 and the other 5. I went out to watch them sledding, because I wanted a picture of them. I just want to be the mom that i use to be before the RSD got worse.

So sorry you fell. It must have been beautiful to watch them play in the snow. Our daughter loved sledding,, skiing while growing up in Oregon. Of course I loved it too.
It seems we stumble, more apt to fall with our health situation than usual.I have fallen many times, which is not the norm. Have you thought about taking a cell phone or portable phone with you when you go outside alone. I do since I passed out for an hour and half one day with critically low blood pressure.
Enjoy the picture of your two precious ones. Your friend, loretta
