Thumbs up

I have tried that!!! But i cant fall asleep later, you would think logically that would work right???

So, i got a memory foam mattress topper for my mattress... It is really comfortable, and my doc gave me some celebrex to take at dinner time to calm my muscles and body down. I slept a litter better last night, i dont know if it was the fact that I was going all day and wore myself out or what??

Does anyone else take remeron for sleep? I take it, I fall asleep in like 30 seconds, but getting 'sleep' is the problem. does that make sense? waking up feeling rested.. not waking up feeling like someone punched you in the eyes??

I am hoping this memory foam will make a difference on my body!! It is really comfortable to lay on!!!
