I have been using them sometimes at night to help me get to sleep easier. Before I take them off I soak it in warm water. It just falls right off and doesn't pull at all.

Smile Raine

Hi,
This is my first post. I have had RSD since 1993. All 4 limbs. I have used Lidoderm but unfortunately without the results I had hoped for. I hope it works for some of you !

i had severe skin issues with my crps. it grew into kind of road rash looking stuff very gross, after the skin graphs they gave me lido patches for the area and it is great. No other skin issues. so they worked great.
