I get terrible burning in both feet and lower limbs...(arrrggghhh)
I found a product on line called "epsom-it" foot lotion. it is a concentrated epsom salt therapy for feet, but I don't see why it could be used on upper limbs, too. If you don't have time for a epsom salt soak, this works nicely for some soothing relief...
It's about 8 dollars or so for 10 fluid ounces...lasts a long time..
There is also another product called Neuragen or neuragel which I haven't tried and is quite expensive...
anything to get rid of the burning !!
I hope you find some relief!
