Thanks for the responses, it helps a little to know that I'm not alone with this. I too try to cool from the inside out with ice water. That is the most effective. I guess I just keep doing what I'm doing.

Since going off of the Methadone, I don't sweat as bad. I do believe that some meds contribute to it.
We have had a long cold winter this year and this is the first time I didn't use a fan this winter in about 7 years. I have been cold all winter. In the house or out, I am always cold. I can't stand the extreme heat in the summer. I am in more pain in the heat then I am the cold. My feet however do stay a different kind of cold. Ada |
