Hi. I have missed you! I am so glad to hear from you. I have to leave tomorrow for Colorado. My father is struggling and back in the hospital.
I will send you a pm to get and update on you and your daughter.
Much Love,

In the meantime are you able to find some quiet time for yourself to meditate or do some deep breathing exercises? Those 2 things have helped me get through life's challenges until I can get back to my lidocaine infusions.

It's so good to see you posting again.

Warm wishes.

Thanks for your understanding. Sorry, that you have had some of the same experiences. Yes, I do manage to meditate everyday and I know it helps. Thanks for mentioning the meditation cause I need to breathe and focus now. I will be leaving tomorrow for Colorado, my dad is struggling for his life.
I will take your advice and take my tapes with soothing music. I better go cause I'm not sure I'm making any sense. I love my father so much and he is really really in bad shape.
I do hope you are fairing ok and that things have settled down for you now.
So good to hear from you.
hugs di
