I just don't understand what is the reason to keep having these meetings regularly? They know what i go through why do i have to continously repeat myself? So i get there and the first thing she does is try to shake my hand then said oh right i read that in the notes i can't shake your hand.

Hi I am sorry about the struggles and pain. I don't allow anyone to touch my rsd or nearby areas. No one. I have learned too many times. I tried lidocaine patches and infusion. Anyhow for me I could not tolerate the patch because I can't put anything on my rsd area and that is how those are so it increased my pain level. Some people though have relief from them. So you may want to try. Feel better

The patches have a very sticky gel on them. You also can not use them on the same place twice in a row because of skin irritation. The lido is a topical pain relief. Sorry to hear about your IME struggles, I have had three this month. I watched the last doctor pull out his little tape measure and incorrectly measure every one of my surgical scars, it was amazing. Take care.
