I was just wondering if any of you ever get little bumps on ur effected RSD area? I get them a lot and the only thing I can figure them out to be is like heat bumps like from when my hand and arm feels like its on fire they really seem to show up then. But then they also show up when my hand is swollen too. They itch a little bit. I would ask a doctor but I'm still waiting to get approval from WC to be seen by a doctor after moving or just get my settlement done and go.

Hi Iffy, I sure do get a red bumpy itchy rash at times. I also have rough bumpy skin in my upper arm area that almost resembles acne. I just figured it was part of the game. Good luck with WC, as if RSD is not enough of a challenge, WC complicates it hugely and is a major source in the delay of treatment for me. I have been waiting on a treatment to be approved or sent to a hearing for 5 months now. It makes my lawyer nuts!! Have a great evening, Lisa

I get em too..They are small red blood dot looking things..If you nail one when suaving yur legs..they bleed forever.They also have a white ring around them..I noticed each place I have RSD they are there...looking back at me... Ain't it great..we have so much in common...Sleep tight all....

i ran into someone whose sister had shingles. she saw my hand/arm and said" oh, you have shingles too" i didn't know that's what they looked like, but they are a little weird. it's been a few months and they're finally starting to fade a bit, but more bumps are starting at the other end (near shoulder) i'm hoping those are normal. oh well.

what i actually think is pretty cool is the way it looked during the winter: huge tiger stripy bands of red/purple just when I was outside and it was really cold.

I try to look at each new thing as 'gee, that's interesting' i try not to think about what it means, but that's me. fortunately, it's been really hot for a while (90s I'm in sw fl) so it's looking back to "normal"

I am not a doctor, but I wanted to mention it would make sense if it was shingles, since shingles is a neurological condition and CRPS effects the nerves. Just a thought. God Bless You All.

Very interesting...i asked a dermatologist and my Neuro. Nope, not RSD. That happenes to me when out in the sun, not in the sun. Knock on wood not for many months. I still have marks on my arms from these bumps filled with a watery substance and bleeds. I had some on my shins and one got so infected it turn into mersa. If i knew how to download a photo on here I'd attach it.

Hi Iffynah, Yes I get bumps-have full body rsd, so never know when they are popping up. They are in my scalp-which are raised and sore. by and in my ear-red bumps, in nose, on face, arms,back, etc. I've been using a Neutragena product called Acne on the Spot. It's a cream that dries up the bump. I've also had rashes that itch, but seem to be different from the bumps that hurt to the touch. I haven't seen dermatologist, but am sure they are RSD related.
