Dear Kim,
I know it's a treacherous ride right now...just reading about it renders me a jaguar ready to ponce and grrrrr. In the New York times article posted a few days ago about IME exams, it reads that the exam results can be contested and brought before a judge and that some exam reports are actually rejected.. Don't give up, Kim, and try and stay focussed and balanced..I know it's easier said than done... after a QME I had last month, I was disgusted over how superficial it was....
