I have read other forums here at Neurotalk and Psyche Central.
I want to say "thank you" to my many, many friends. If it were not for you and your wisdom and encouraging words I would not be here today. I have been isolated and alone because of this monster. (being alone just terrifies me). BUT....................because of all of you I feel like I have finally found a home inwhich (sp?) I can relax and be at peace. I can breathe. I know that I will not be judged and most importantly be lifted up in your thoughts and prayer and understanding. Thank you my dear, dear friends. I have a great phrase which has kept me strong... "I can be changed by what happens to me. BUT I refuse to be reduced by it." --Maya Angelou To me, friends, that is the thing that helps me maintain and move on. I quote that when I am in my deepest of horrors and when I am getting ready for pain. I see my children's faces when I hear this. It's what gets me through. I hope all is well my friends. Thanks for being you. Kim
