I have read other forums here at Neurotalk and Psyche Central.

I want to say "thank you" to my many, many friends. If it were not for you and your wisdom and encouraging words I would not be here today.

I have been isolated and alone because of this monster. (being alone just terrifies me). BUT....................because of all of you I feel like I have finally found a home inwhich (sp?) I can relax and be at peace. I can breathe. I know that I will not be judged and most importantly be lifted up in your thoughts and prayer and understanding. Thank you my dear, dear friends.

To me, friends, that is the thing that helps me maintain and move on. I quote that when I am in my deepest of horrors and when I am getting ready for pain. I see my children's faces when I hear this. It's what gets me through. I hope all is well my friends. Thanks for being you.

Kim , I have only been a member for a very short time but have been fighting this fight for a while now . I too have found this site to be lifting when you need it and a sounding board when you just want to scream . Your posts have touched others as well , I am sure of this . I am glad I found this site and wish to thank "you" and everyone else as well . I think only we can truly understand what we are going through and together we can make it . Take care !

As corney as it sounds..My RSD did good this time..As it brought here..To have the opportunity to meet such wonderful, caring, inspiring, forgiving people whom I call my family!!! I , too want to thank each and everyone of you..Tomorrow, will be my 48th birthday~ but it also will mark my 3rd year anniversary since I was diagnosised with this terrible illness.. woo-hoo..right??!! I only hope I have shared and cared as much in return as I have received from all of you....I will be forever grateful..Bless you all!!!!! And plz. plz. Keep smilin!!

Ironically, it is only a few days away from the 2nd anniversary of my diagnosis. But I likely had it a while beforehand - I was injured in 11/06 and had 2 surgeries in 2007 and 2008 - horrible pain with PT - YUKKKKKK. Not sure when it started....and it's all water under the bridge now.

You guys are awesome. Thanks for always being my friend.

And yes..we Eastern'ers are hanging right in there..a bit wet lately but all is going to turn around...seasonal temperatures...we're good to go!!!

Thanks for starting this thread,and for expressing yourself! (yourselves)

I feel as though we are all standing in a room full of mirrors and everywhere we look we see eachother reflected with so many of the same thoughts, feelings, fears, appreciation and gratitude!

We reflect eachother and in doing so we don't feel so alone, our ideas, feelings, fears and hearts are validated..
