Hi I am sorry about your injury. I hope that it is not rsd and you feel better soon. On the note of Vitamin C my pain doctor also suggested I take it. So I do as I have heard it on here and rarely do doctors say to take a vitamin so thought it must be helpful in some ways.

Thank you all for your feedback, and welcoming me here. I too suffered from TOS, and probably fibromylagia. It seems the shoulder strain on my right side from the crutches has kinda flared that up now too. Couldn't turn my neck to the right when I awoke this morn, however the muscle relaxers and pain meds have helped it some now. I get my stitches out tomorrow, and the doc will evualate the swelling and redness in my foot. This is kinda a new doc, and I have only seen him for low back problems so far. I do hope he isn't one of those who refuses to listen to me like so many of my old doctors. He is a D.O. so he should be very knowledgable about the nerves. (I hope) Thank you all once again for the kindness and friendlyness that you have shown me here. God bless you all.

Hi All! Thanks MrsD for the vitamin C info, I did not know about that. I fell this past winter and injured a ligament in my right foot, and sure enough, RSD introduced itself to my right side. I really feel like this thing is eating me alive. And eating fast!! Lisa
