Default anyone had a SCS implanted with a severed nerve

Hi My PM Dr. wants to place a SCS even though I still have a severed radial nerve in my right arm/ hand. I have had 2 surgeries to try to fix my nerve without success. My PT had me try a TENS unit to help with the pain in my entire right arm, hand, and upper right side of my back. The TENS unit made my pain jump from a 8 to over 10+ after only using in 30 mins 2 times a day as told. I call my hand Dr. which told me to call the PH which told me to call the rep from the TENS unit company. She told me to stop using asap it and ship the unit back.

My concerns are that if a TENS unit can cause this much pain how much can a SCS do to me. My new PM Dr. only been see him since November 2009 wants to implant a SCS. My Hand Surgeon, PT, PM Dr. all say that I have the worst case of CRPS type II in the right hand and arm that they have every treated to date.

I am trying to fine someone with similar permanent nerve damage that had the SCS implanted with success or not.

Thanks for any help.
