Thumbs up Vote For RSDSA to get $250,000 for CRPS research NOW

Chase can donate to RSDSA up to $250,000 (if we can generate enough VOTES) for medical research, to help people with Complex regional pain syndrome. Its a pain no one should have to live with. Current advances are promising so this research money is so badly needed, But they need VOTES.. and there are only a few days left to vote please check out this link.

Thanks,

I hope you are all having a great week
Now lets make some diffrences in CRPS research, Chase will give $250,000 to the top 200 charities, lets make sure RSDSA is one of them!
