So is the whooshing kind of like a pulse sound?
I had a similar whooshing pulse/train like sound in my head/ears when I had severe neck/shoulder spasms - in my case the muscles were putting pressure on the arteries and also pulling my c spine out of alignment. I found a good chiro that was very helpful for both of those causes. Do you have tight neck muscles that might be causing it?

Probably, my whole body is full of tight muscles!!! These started after I had surgery and my RSD flared like crazy.... I am hoping they go away with a ketamine infusion. Thanks soo much!!
