Realizing I seem to only post when I am hurting or having a RSD related problem , thought I would change it up a bit .... Today was a GOOD DAY ! My wife was able to get off work early and came home around lunch , after lunch she headed to the swimming pool while I retreated to the bed to continue my hurting . While sitting in bed I remembered the encouraging responses in the past urging us to keep moving . So off to the pool I went , the water is nice and warm and it felt so good enjoying the weightlessness the water provides . As the day is winding down my pain is creeping back up however I have another good day to put in the memory bank ! Thanks to all that offer encouragement and understanding when we are going through tough times , and wanted all to know the kind words and advice do not go unnoticed . Hope all are doing well and take care !

I am so grateful to hear that you chose to get out of the bed and join your wife in the pool. That is what I call overcoming this disease. You are absolutely right that we need to share a bit more with each other of the hurdles that we climb and the awesome effect and positivity that one experiences when we face those fears. I am glad that you had a great day and may God Bless you with many more. As I always say, I am dying to live and living to die. God Bless!

Great idea! I must say, my aquatic therapy, even when it's painful, does make me feel better. I remember it being difficult during this past winter because the cold made it worse after I'd leave the pool. I'm at a new facility now so we'll see whether it's warmer during the winter months.
