Red I am not sure how often you are taking tylenol pm but nightly I thought that was not good for the liver?
Daniella,

I only took the tylenol or Advil PM back before I knew I had RSD when I thought it was still ust botched spinal surgeries.

At this point, I do take Toradol but other then that, very little NSAIDS or tylenol preps. I have taken Trazodone a few times for sleep and found if only used once in a while, it works very well. Not one I'd want to use on a regular basis tho due to side effects.
