Wink newly diagnosed and have little information about upcoming treatments/

Hi, I am searching for suopport group to chat with and gain information and yes of course support too lol. It is a bit scarey starting such a journey into the unknown. I have to leave my hometown for seceral weeks of intensive treatment. i know little about it. my dr did give me a small pamphlet that tells me barely anything about it. my treatment is to begin with assessments and gangelion nerve blocks as well as intensive therapies, and this will occur for at least 6 weeks. i have been reading online and keep seeing where there is no cure for this disorder, just remissions. I am hoping to regain full use of my hand..is this possible??? utterly tthank you all for reading this and any replies you might give me will be cherished / appreciated sincerely, Butterflykisses
