Further embarrassment comes my way...I now am writing from the hospital (gag). Family states that I must get some resolution on this, so here I am- in the very hospital where I work.
Anyway, plan thus far has been- EKG (normal), echocardiogram (moderate tricuspid regurgitation, but otherwise normal), and EEG (still waiting). Tomorrow is CT brain (no MRI due to SCS), CT Muskogean, and tilt table in AM. Not on Neurontin. Anything come to mind?

I've got no new ideas, but wish you the best. I hope they find something they can fix !

God Bless
