I haven't seen anyone say that they have RSD of any part of their mouths, but I have been having the same symptoms on my tongue like the first symptoms on my leg..my RSD has been spreading consistently no matter what I do..

My tongue is numb and tingly on the right side. It doesn't affect my speech, but my dentist is very concerned. I have a neuro check-up in a few weeks...wait until he hears this one!

I've got it in my ear which won't surprise anyone who remembers my thread about "axing for it". But I've got it a little inside my other ear too.

Sometimes I think I'm getting mummified a little bit at a time.

Ugh.

I've never heard of anyone with spread to the tongue and honestly, that sounds like about the worst spot ever ! My sympathies hon !

I've had CRPS type II for over 5 years after venipuncture nerve injury to my right arm. Over the first two years it spread to the right half of my body, head to toe.

Although not frequent, I sometimes get uncomfortable sensations on the right half of my tongue, generally during big flare-ups. Neuropathy on the right half of my head in general is almost constant, especially upper lip, cheek, nose, ear, and scalp (like my hair is irritating on that side).

The tongue thing is pretty freaky when it happens, because it's only on the right side.

I had a cold sore and my whole side of my face and neck was tingly and hurt untill the cold sore healed........... That was the 3rd time that happend..........
