Debra,
I am so sorry to hear about your pain, but they are right unfortunately. If it is spreading and you are experiencing symtoms, anywhere, you are not in remission.

But, the earlier you treat the disease, the easier it is to get you in to remission. Time is of the essance. Do your research, find a Dr. This is a GREAT forum for you. Be specific on your Titles. Set it up with something like,
Need RSD DR in Michigan area. You would be surprised at how many people are on here and can help! This is your first step.
