I tried the Stevia and didn't like the taste of it. Same way with Splenda.
I'm just trying to get away from it altogether. I have used artificial sweetner for years but now I drink my coffee black. In the summertime it's hard because I don't want to use sugar but you have to drink cold drinks. I like ice tea but don't like it without some kind of sweetener. What I notice too is that everytime they come out with a new sweetener later on they come out with the bad things it causes. I'm ok until summer comes. Then I have to figure out what to use. Do you think the sweeteners make RSD worse? Ada |

We get a natural cooking show on tv here and the gal uses mostly agave nectar as the sweetener in recipes.
I haven't looked it up yet or tried it at all.. has anyone tried it?

I believe that it is a fructose sugar that is digested the same as the fructose in sodas and juices. It is not a natural product but manufactured with chemical processing and all that goes with it.
