Hey there. I was able to create (with no talent at all) a cool Word file showing all of the ABPM certified physicians in Wisconsin, where each name linked to the individual physician's summary page. Unfortunately, it was too big to post here.

So I converted it to a pdf file, but that apparently requires a little more talent than I had on hand, so the links only go as far as the APBM search engine, which may be better than nothing.

Hope it’s useful.

Dr. Steven Donatello MD, he has a clinic that has 2 locations in the general area you are looking, they are in the Milwaukie area. I have a friend that lives up there are he treats both her and her mom for rsd. She went to him when she was first diagnosed and he treated aggressivly and she credits him for keeping her from spreading.
