I do take it, not as regularly as I should. But I do not know what to look for in terms of improvement.

Hi IHH,
I have nothing but good stuff to say about CO Q10 ![]() I have used it for years. You must make sure you get the right brand though. The molecules can be difficult to digest/absorb, so the quality must be high. Unfortunately I cannot say which kind we use. I studied the use of this about 5 yrs ago, discussed it with a few doctors and found out they take it too...especially cardiologist. Wish you all the best, Hope |
